  • Step 1
    Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  • Step 2
    In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    In another pot of salted boiling water, cook the string beans for 12 minutes.
  • Step 4
    In the meantime, cook the fish according to the instructions on the package. (Around 5 minutes on each side in a pan)
  • Step 5
    Once the potatoes and string beans are cooked, drain both and place the potatoes in a bowl.
  • Step 6
    Add the milk and butter to the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper and mash until smooth. (Add some extra milk if it's too thick)
  • Step 7
    Serve everything together and enjoy!
