Dark chocolate 70%
40 ml
Irish cream liqueur
200 ml
Milk (whole)
1 tbsp
Whipped cream

Coarsely chop the chocolate using a knife. - Step 2
Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add the chocolate, a pinch of fleur de sel (optional) and the whiskey cream. - Step 3
Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat, let simmer gently for 2 minutes. - Step 4
Serve the hot chocolate in mugs. Add the whipped cream and a little grated chocolate on top. It's ready !
