  • Step 1
    Coarsely chop the chocolate using a knife.
  • Step 2
    Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add the chocolate, a pinch of fleur de sel (optional) and the whiskey cream.
  • Step 3
    Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat, let simmer gently for 2 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Serve the hot chocolate in mugs. Add the whipped cream and a little grated chocolate on top. It's ready !
