30 g
Dark chocolate 70%
40 ml
Irish cream liqueur
200 ml
Milk (whole)
1 tbsp
Whipped cream

Coarsely chop the chocolate, using a knife. - Step 2
In a hot saucepan, add the milk & heat it, over medium heat. - Step 3
Add the chocolate, a pinch of Fleur de sel (optional) & the whiskey cream. Bring to a light simmer, then, over low heat, continue heating for another 2 min, stirring occasionally. - Step 4
Serve the hot chocolate in mugs. Top with whipped cream & light dusting of grated chocolate. Enjoy !
