- Step 1
Peel & large dice the potatoes. - Step 2
Fill up the Digicook bowl with water. Place the steamer basket inside the bowl & add in the potatoes. Close the lid with the measuring cup & start the program : 120°C / speed 1 / 20 min. - Step 3
Meanwhile, peel & small dice the onions. - Step 4
After 20 min, set the potatoes aside & keep warm. Empty out the water from the Digicook bowl & dry it. - Step 5
In the Digicook bowl, add the garam masala, ground cumin, onions & grated garlic. Close the lid without the measuring cup & start the 'reverse' program : 120°C / speed 1 / 4 min. - Step 6
Add 100ml of water per serving, the canned tomatoes & green peas. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & close the lid without the measuring cup. Start the 'reverse' program : 120°C / speed 1 / 10 min. - Step 7
Add the steamed potatoes to the Digicook bowl & gently stir them in. - Step 8
Serve the Bombay potatoes in a bowl & top with fresh cilantro. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
