- Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes into large cubes. - Step 2
Mince the onions. - Step 3
Mince the garlic. - Step 4
In a frying pan, add the cumin, garam masala and fry together for 1 minute. - Step 5
Add a drizzle of olive oil, plus the onions and garlic. Fry for 3 minutes. - Step 6
Add 150 ml of water per person and the tomatoes. - Step 7
Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 20 minutes. - Step 8
After 15 minutes, add in the peas. (Add in some water if the potatoes start to stick). - Step 9
Cover again and cook for 10 minutes more. - Step 10
Serve (optional: add fresh cilantro).
