- Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes into large cubes. Mince the onions and garlic. - Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the cumin, garam masala, a drizzle of olive oil, onions and garlic. Simmer for 4min / 50°C / speed 1. - Step 3
Add 150 ml of water per person, the peeled tomatoes followed by the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1. - Step 4
After 20 minutes, add in the peas. (Add in some water if the potatoes start to stick). Cook for 10 minutes more. - Step 5
Serve (optional: add fresh cilantro).
