Take the butter out of the fridge so gets to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the flour, 3/4 sugar, a pinch of salt and softened butter to the Thermomix. Mix for 10 sec / speed 6. - Step 2
Dans le bol de votre Digicook, ajoutez la farine, le parmesan, le beurre mou, le sel, le poivre. Fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 4 / 30 secondes. - Step 3
Once you have a sandy texture, add the crumbled feta and mix again for 5 sec / speed 6. - Step 4
Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into cubes. Put them in a baking dish, adding, salt, pepper, (optional : 0.5 tsp/person sugar) and mix everything together. - Step 5
Add the crumble mixture on top, spreading it over the vegetables. Bake for 50 minutes, until the crumble is nice and golden. Serve!
