Lambs Lettuce

Goat's cheese

Whole grain mustard

Apple cider vinegar

Make the dressing by mixing 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive (per person) with the mustard, salt & pepper. Mix well. - Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into thin slices. - Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, chopped or cubed beets, crumbled goat cheese and avocado. Toss with the dressing and enjoy!
