White rice (long grain)

Ground beef
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 cm
Ginger (fresh)

Green cabbage
optional
1/10 bunch
Cilantro (fresh)
1/4 clove

In a pot of boiling water, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Strain at the end of cooking. - Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage. - Step 3
In a hot frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. - Step 4
Add the meat, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix and fry the meat for 5 minutes over high heat. - Step 5
Serve the rice with the sautéed beef. You can top with fresh cabbage if you wish. (Optional: add fresh cilantro and lemon if you have some).
