Salmon (fresh)

Sweet potato
100 g
Green beans (frozen)

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes in half and then into slices like fries. - Step 2
Place the sweet potatoes and green beans in an ovenproof dish or on a baking sheet*. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Mix everything together and bake for 30 minutes at 190°C. - Step 4
If using frozen salmon, thaw beforehand by placing the salmon in a sealed freezer bag and immersing it in a bowl of room temperature water for 15 minutes. - Step 5
After 30 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven and place the salmon steaks in the dish. Brush them with barbecue sauce, season with salt and pepper and bake for another 12 minutes at 190°C. - Step 6
Remove the dish from the oven, serve on a plate and re-season to taste. You're good to go!
