If you have frozen baguettes, defrost them according to their instructions. - Step 2
Using a peeler, slice the carrots and cucumber into long strips. - Step 3
Add them to a bowl with the vinegar and put it in the fridge. - Step 4
Cut the chicken into strips - Step 5
Mince the garlic. - Step 6
In a hot frying pan, add the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, one teaspoon of sugar per person. Add the chicken. - Step 7
Cook for 4 minutes, turning them over periodically to cook them thoroughly and avoid burning. - Step 8
To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the spicy sauce (sriracha). - Step 9
Halve the baguette. - Step 10
Spread the sauce on the inside. Place the chicken and strained vegetables in it. (Optional: Sprinkle some fresh cilantro on top.) Serve and enjoy!
