  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the Mont d'Or cheese for 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Heat a large bot of salted boiling water. Add the potatoes & cook for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Once melted and golden on top, remove the Mont d'Or cheese from the oven and place it on a dish with the cooked potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Cut off the top of the Mont d'Or cheese & dip the potatoes into the melted cheese. Enjoy !
