  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over high heat. Add the gnocchi & cook for 2 minutes. Cover & continue cooking for another 3 min, over low heat.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, wash & slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Step 3
    Wash & cut the zucchini into very thin slices. (Optional: for softer zucchini, brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 4-5 minutes.)
  • Step 4
    Peel & cut the onion into thin slices.
  • Step 5
    Cut the chicken into small cubes.
  • Step 6
    Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine : the crème fraîche & pesto rosso.
  • Step 7
    Check the doneness of the gnocchi. In a baking dish, add: the golden gnocchi, zucchini, chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes and sliced ​​red onions.
  • Step 8
    Then distribute the crème fraîche/pesto rosso mixture using a spoon. Season with pepper and bake for 25-30 min at 180°C.
  • Step 9
    Remove the casserole from the oven & serve warm with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
