    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease ramekins or small oven-safe bowls, then add the smoked salmon and crème fraîche.
  • Step 2
    Gently crack an egg into each ramekin and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the ramekins.
  • Step 3
    When the egg whites are no longer transparent, remove the ramekins from the oven.
  • Step 4
    Serve with a green salad and toast — it's ready!
