Cod (fresh)
70 g
White rice (long grain)

Lemon
1/4
Orange
1/2
Shallot

- Step 1
If needed, defrost your cod. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the orange and lemon and cut into slices. Set aside. - Step 2
Peel and finely chop the shallots and set aside. - Step 3
On a piece of parchment paper, place the fish in the center and add the chopped shallot, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. - Step 4
Add the slices of citrus, alternating between lemon and orange. - Step 5
Close the parchment paper packets and cook for 10 minutes. - Step 6
While the fish is cooking, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and drain at the end of cooking. - Step 7
Remove the cod from the oven. Serve with the rice and enjoy!
