Whole grain mustard

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the mustard with the orange juice & 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. - Step 2
Wash the clementines & slice them thinly keeping the skin on. - Step 3
Peel & slice the onions into quarters. - Step 4
Rinse and drain the beans. - Step 5
In a oven-proof dish, add the beans, clementine slices, onion & chicken thighs. - Step 6
Pour the orange/mustard sauce over everything. Season with salt & pepper, and stir to coat evenly. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes at 220°C. - Step 7
Once the chicken is cooked through & golden, remove the dish from the oven & serve warm with a side of rice. Enjoy !
