Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the eggplant and cook them whole for 1 hour in an oven-safe dish. Use parchment paper to avoid stickiness - Step 2
Once the eggplant is cooked, let it cool. - Step 3
Next, cut them in half, removing the flesh using a spoon. - Step 4
