Avocado

Cannellini beans (cooked)
1 wedges
Lemon
1 pinch
Paprika
1/4 clove
Garlic

Country bread (sliced)
1/10 bunch

- Step 1
Cut the slices of bread into croutons and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring. Book. - Step 2
Meanwhile, strain the beans, rinse under cold water & place in a bowl. - Step 3
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into cubes. Add to the bowl with the beans. - Step 4
Peel and very finely mince the garlic (removing the germ). - Step 5
Wash & finely mince the parlsey. - Step 6
Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix : the garlic with 1 tbsp of olive oil per person, the lemon juice & zest, chopped parsley & paprika. Season with salt & pepper to taste. - Step 7
Serve the beans & avocado salad topped with the vinaigrette & croutons. Mix to combine & enjoy !
