  • Step 1
    In a pot of hot water, cook the farfalle according to pack instructions. Drain them once cooked.
  • Step 2
    Wash and slice the mushrooms.
  • Step 3
    Peel and slice the garlic.
  • Step 4
    In a frying pan, add a knob of butter along with the garlic and mushrooms. Fry for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add the cooked farfalles and the spinach to the frying pan with the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve the pasta, top with fresh goat cheese, and season to taste. Enjoy!
