White mushrooms (whole)
30 g
Goat cheese
1 handful
Spinach (fresh)
1/4 clove

- Step 1
In a pot of hot water, cook the farfalle according to pack instructions. Drain them once cooked. - Step 2
Wash and slice the mushrooms. - Step 3
Peel and slice the garlic. - Step 4
In a frying pan, add a knob of butter along with the garlic and mushrooms. Fry for 10 minutes. - Step 5
Add the cooked farfalles and the spinach to the frying pan with the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry for 2 minutes. - Step 6
Serve the pasta, top with fresh goat cheese, and season to taste. Enjoy!
