Asparagus with Parmesan Cream

Stovetop, Oven, Pot (small), Colander, Whisk

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Using a knife, cut off the small points on the stems then remove the base.
  • Step 2
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the asparagus. Cook for 10 minutes, remove and allow to chill.
  • Step 3
    Chop the hazelnuts and bake for 5 minutes at 450°F.
  • Step 4
    Add the cream to a pot on medium heat. Add the parmesan, salt & pepper and mix using a whisk.
  • Step 5
    Serve the asparagus on plates and top with the parmesan cream and chopped hazelnuts on top. Season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
