Asparagus with Parmesan Cream

White asparagus (fresh)
100 ml
Heavy cream
1/2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
10 g
Hazelnuts

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Using a knife, cut off the small points on the stems then remove the base. - Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the asparagus. Cook for 10 minutes, remove and allow to chill. - Step 3
Chop the hazelnuts and bake for 5 minutes at 450°F. - Step 4
Add the cream to a pot on medium heat. Add the parmesan, salt & pepper and mix using a whisk. - Step 5
Serve the asparagus on plates and top with the parmesan cream and chopped hazelnuts on top. Season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
