Artichoke (fresh)

1/2 tbsp
Olive oil

1 tsp
Red wine vinegar

1 tsp
Whole grain mustard

Cook the artichokes in a pot of boiling water for 40 minutes. (Or you can steam them for 50 minutes.) - Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the olive oil, vinegar and mustard together. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 3
Serve the artichokes with the dressing. Dip, and enjoy!
