- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Rinse the apricots, chop in half and remove the stones. - Step 2
In the mixing bowl, add: flour, sugar, a pinch of salt (optional: vanilla sugar). Mix for 5 sec / speed 3. Add in the eggs, and mix again for 5 sec / speed 3. - Step 3
Next add in the milk bit by bit, and mix again on speed 1. Add in the melted butter and mix a final time for 5 sec / speed 3. - Step 4
Grease your cake pan, spread out the apricots on the bottom and pour the batter on top. Cook for 10 minutes at 210°C, then lower the heat to 180°C and cook for 20 minutes more. - Step 5
Serve lukewarm or cold (optional: decorate with some icing sugar on top). Enjoy!
