Paprika

In a large bowl, add the chicken, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix together and let the chicken marinate while you prepare the salad. - Step 2
Cut the cucumber in large chunks and thinly slice the red onion. - Step 3
In a frying pan on high heat, cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked throughout. - Step 4
Spread the greek yogurt on the bottom of a plate, add the cucumber and onion and place the chicken breast on top. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Dinner is served!
