Maple syrup

Cook the almond milk in a pot on medium heat until it simmers. - Step 2
Then turn off the heat and add the chia seeds, stirring with a whisk until the mixture thickens. - Step 3
Serve in bowls/glasses and let cool for 5 minutes. - Step 4
In the meantime, sauté the almonds for 2 minutes on a high heat, stirring until brown. - Step 5
Add almonds to the pudding and add a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
