  • Step 1
    Cook the almond milk in a pot on medium heat until it simmers.
  • Step 2
    Then turn off the heat and add the chia seeds, stirring with a whisk until the mixture thickens.
  • Step 3
    Serve in bowls/glasses and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    In the meantime, sauté the almonds for 2 minutes on a high heat, stirring until brown.
  • Step 5
    Add almonds to the pudding and add a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
