Andouille sausage (smoked)

250 g
Potato

1 pinch
Rosemary (dried)

1 tsp
Dijon mustard

- Step 1
Peel & cut the potatoes into small pieces. - Step 2
Add the potatoes to the air-fryer basket with the rack. Add a drizzle of olive oil & season with salt, pepper & dried rosemary. Mix well & air fry for 15-20 min at 200°C. - Step 3
After 20 min add the sausages to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Prick them with a fork & continue cooking for 10 min at 200°C. - Step 4
Once the potatoes & sausages are golden brown & cooked through, take them out of the air fryer. Serve them on a plate with the mustard. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
