Flank steak

200 g
Potatoes (baked/mashed)

50 g
Faisselle

1/4
Cucumber

1/4 clove
Garlic

1 pinch
Oregano (dried)

- Step 1
Wash the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. - Step 2
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket with the rack. Season with dried oregano, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix well & air fry for 20 minutes at 200°C, mixing halfway through. - Step 3
Meanwhile, wash & small dice the cucumber. - Step 4
In a bowl, add the cottage cheese, cucumber, grated garlic & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the flank steak and cook for 2 minutes on each side for rare doneness. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 6
Once the potatoes are cooked through, take them out of the air fryer. Serve the potatoes on a plate with the steak & cucumber sauce. Re-season to taste. Enjoy!
