Phyllo pastry sheet

Goat cheese (log)

2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce

1/2 tsp
Honey

Pistachios (roasted)

- Step 1
Wash the pears & cut them into thin strips. - Step 2
Shell the pistachios, then crush them. - Step 3
In a bowl, mix : the goat cheese & dried rosemary, if you have some. Season lightly with salt & pepper. - Step 4
Gently separate the sheets from the paper. - Step 5
Lay out one sheet per person on a flat surface. Add the pear slices, goat cheese & crushed pistachios in the center of the sheet. Fold in the sides to form a square. - Step 6
Add the goat cheese square to the air fryer basket with the rack. Add a small drizzle of olive oil & air fry for 10 min at 180°C. - Step 7
Once the squares are golden & crispy, remove them from the air fryer. - Step 8
Serve the pear & goat cheese squares on a plate with the salad dressed to taste. Add a drizzle of honey & top with the remaining crushed pistachios. Re-season to taste. Enjoy!
