Sausage (chipolata)

200 g
Fingerling potatoes

1/4
Yellow onion

1/2 clove
Garlic

20 ml
White wine

1/2
Bell pepper (red)

1 pinch
Thyme (dried)

- Step 1
Wash then dice the bell peppers. - Step 2
Peel then slice the onions into quarters. - Step 3
Peel then cut the potatoes in half or thirds, if needed. - Step 4
Prick the sausages with a fork, then cut them into thirds. - Step 5
Add the onions, grated garlic, sausages, bell peppers, potatoes & 'herbes de Provence' to the air fryer basket. Season with salt & pepper & add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well, then air fry for 20-25 minutes at 190°C. - Step 6
After 25 min, add the white wine & continue cooking for 15 min at 190°C. - Step 7
Serve the Italian sausages & roasted veggies on a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
