Bread crumbs (plain)

Pasta (tagliatelle dry)

Tomato sauce (basil)

- Step 1
In a deep plate, add the flour with a pinch of salt & pepper. Coat the chicken on both sides. - Step 2
In a second deep plate, add the egg & season with salt & pepper. Whisk it with a fork, then dip the chicken on both sides. - Step 3
Add the breadcrumbs & paprika to a third plate & coat the chicken on both sides. - Step 4
Add the breaded chicken to the air fryer basket with the rack. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Air fry for 15-20 min at 180°C, flipping halfway through. - Step 5
Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta. - Step 6
In the same pot, reheat the tomato sauce according to the package instructions, over medium heat. Add the pasta back in & stir. - Step 7
Once golden brown & crispy, take the chicken out of the air fryer. Optionally, cut the chicken into strips. - Step 8
Serve the Crispy Chicken Milanese with the tomato pasta. Add fresh parsley, if you have some, & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
