Rolled oats

18 g
Maple syrup

8 ml
Olive oil

1/5 tsp
Cinnamon (ground)

In a bowl, combine the oats, pecans, pistachios & raisins. - Step 2
Add the oil, maple syrup, ground cinnamon & a pinch of flaky salt, if you have some. Stir well to combine. - Step 3
Pour the mixture in the air fryer basket. Spread it out and press it down gently with a spatula. Air fry for 8-10 min at 190°C, mixing regularly. - Step 4
Once the granola is golden brown, let it cool for 10 min inside the air fryer. Serve with yogurt, milk, or applesauce. Enjoy!
