Cod (fresh)

30 g
Chorizo (slices)

20 g
Parmesan (grated)

2 tbsp
Bread crumbs (plain)

10 g
Butter

2 handfuls
Spring mix lettuce

- Step 1
If needed, thaw your cod. Add the grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, chorizo, & butter to a blender. Roughly mix until it becomes a paste. - Step 2
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper & add the cod, skin-side down. Spread a layer of the chorizo mixture on top. Air fry for 12 to 15 min at 180°C. - Step 3
Once the crust is golden & the cod is cooked, remove them from the air fryer. Serve the chorizo-crusted cod on a plate with the side of green salad dressed to taste. Enjoy!
