Chicken tenderloins

Corn flakes

Potato

Greek Yogurt (plain)

Smoked Paprika

Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters. - Step 2
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Season them with smoked paprika, a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Mix well then cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C (35 mins in the oven at 200°C), stirring halfway through cooking. - Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the breadcrumbs. Break the eggs into a deep plate. Add salt and pepper, then whisk them with a fork. - Step 4
In a second deep plate, add the cornflakes. Crush them coarsely. - Step 5
Coat the chicken strips in flour (optional). Then coat them in the eggs and then in the cornflakes. For a thicker crust, coat them a second time in the egg mixture and then in the cornflakes. - Step 6
Place the chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket. Cook them in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C (15 mins in the oven at 200°C). - Step 7
Halfway through cooking, remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Stir them, then continue cooking in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C (15 mins in the oven at 200°C). - Step 8
Meanwhile, prepare the curry sauce. In a bowl, mix: Greek yogurt and curry. Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside in a cool place. - Step 9
Once the nuggets and potatoes are golden brown, remove them from the air fryer. - Step 10
Serve the chicken nuggets and potatoes on a plate with the curry sauce. It's ready!
