Wash and cut the peppers, removing the core and seeds. Cut them into pieces. - Step 2
Wash and cut the zucchini into half-moons. - Step 3
Peel and cut the red onions into quarters, then break them apart into petals. - Step 4
Cut the chicken into cubes. - Step 5
In a bowl, add the peppers, zucchini, red onions, cherry tomatoes, half of the grated garlic, and half of the smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix everything together. - Step 6
In a second bowl, add the chicken, the remaining grated garlic, and the remaining smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix everything together. - Step 7
On a skewer*, add a piece of chicken, onion, zucchini, cherry tomato, and bell pepper. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times, depending on the length of your skewer. Repeat as many times as needed. *See our tips for this step. - Step 8
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket with the rack. Cook them in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes at 200°C. - Step 9
Once the chicken is golden brown and the vegetables are cooked, remove the skewers from the air fryer. Serve them on a plate with a green salad dressed to your liking. It's ready!
Recipe tip
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling (pan-frying or on the barbecue) to prevent them from burning.
