Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. - Step 2
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. - Step 3
In the air fryer basket with the rack, add the potatoes, cherry tomatoes, grated garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and stir. Cook in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C, stirring halfway through. - Step 4
After 20 minutes, remove the Italian-style potatoes from the air fryer. Add the Parmesan shavings and continue cooking for 10 minutes at 200°C. - Step 5
Meanwhile, add the chicken to the air fryer basket with the rack attached. Season with salt and pepper, then brush with a little olive oil. Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes at 200°C. - Step 6
Once the chicken and vegetables are golden brown and tender, remove them from the air fryer. - Step 7
Serve the chicken and Italian-style potatoes on a plate. Re-season to taste and add a few basil leaves, if you have any. It's ready!
