Salmon (fresh)

250 g
Fingerling potatoes

2 handfuls
Arugula

40 g
Cream cheese

1 wedges
Lemon

Peel & cut the potatoes into cubes. - Step 2
In the air fryer basket with the rack, add the potatoes & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Cook in the air fryer for 20 min at 200°C, stirring regularly. - Step 3
Meanwhile, finely mince the dill, if you have any. - Step 4
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the lemon zest & juice, a drizzle of olive oil, & the dill. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
After 20 minutes of cooking, add the salmon & season with salt & pepper. Cook in the air-fryer for another 5-8 mins at 200°C. - Step 6
Once cooked & golden, take the potatoes & salmon out of the air fryer. Remove the skin from the salmon & cut it into pieces. - Step 7
Serve the arugula on a plate with the potatoes & salmon. Add the dill sauce & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
