  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the peppers, remove the center with the seeds and cut into thin strips, then small cubes.
  • Step 2
    Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
  • Step 3
    Peel the shallots and chop.
  • Step 4
    On a baking dish lined with parchment paper, add the gnocchi, peppers, cherry tomatoes, shallots and herbes de Provence. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • Step 6
    Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
